Do I need water, waste connections or power on-site?
For our luxury toilet units, you do not need to worry about a water or waste supply. We supply self-contained luxury units that handle the water and waste for you.
All that is required is power, this can be a normal house plug 13A.
What access do I need at the venue?
We’ll need a clear access route for our delivery vehicle (usually a 4×4, van or similar) and enough space for the unit. Please ensure gates, driveways or garden access is wide enough, and ground is level or solid surface if on grass.
How long is the minimum hire period?
Our standard minimum hire period is one night. A typical wedding may have the unit delivred as early as a wednesday and collected the following sunday or monday, depending on access.
Will the units smell or look unattractive?
Not at all. Our luxury toilets are delivered spotless, professionally maintained, and include finishing touches such as automatic air-fresheners, stylish interiors and high-end toiletries.
Are your luxury toilets accessible for disabled guests?
Currently we do not provide disabled access with our toilet hire services.
How far in advance should I book for the Glasgow season?
We recommend booking as early as possible especially for the busy summer season and ahead for next year, since luxury toilet hire slots fill up. The earlier is better.

Our deliveries might be affected by unfavourable weather conditions… Adverse weather like freezing temperatures can impact the unit’s operation.
So, if you're hosting outdoors or on grass in winter, we’ll check ground stability (solid surface recommended) and ensure the unit is properly insulated or placed under cover where needed.
How do I book and pay?
We’ll take a deposit to secure your date and the full payment is due shortly before your event.
A deposit to secure the date will be required and full payment will be due 14 days before the event. For your Glasgow event, we’ll provide an itemised quote including delivery, unit hire, setup, collection and any extras.
